Description
This Pine Script strategy is a multi-layered intraday trading system designed for stocks best for 15-minute timeframe. It combines SMA89 price bands, Fibonacci Pivot levels, and SuperTrend confirmation to identify high-probability BUY and SELL opportunities. The strategy uses dual SMA bands based on highs and lows to define dynamic support and resistance zones, helping traders visualize trend direction and price strength. Fibonacci Pivot levels from the previous session act as key breakout and reversal zones for trade confirmation. A SuperTrend indicator with ATR settings (20, 1.2) is used as the primary trend filter, ensuring trades align with momentum. The script includes one-shot signal logic, preventing repeated signals during the same trend and reducing overtrading noise. To improve trade quality, the strategy applies session filtering to avoid pre-market volatility and uses optional volume confirmation for stronger momentum validation. BUY signals occur only when price breaks above key resistance levels while maintaining bullish SuperTrend confirmation and SMA band strength. SELL signals work similarly in bearish market conditions. The strategy also features automatic exit conditions triggered by SuperTrend flips, ensuring disciplined risk management and trend-based exits. Visual BUY, SELL, and EXIT labels make the system trader-friendly and easy to interpret directly on the chart. Additionally, real-time alert functionality allows traders to automate notifications for entries, exits, and trend changes. Backtesting results indicate that the strategy has demonstrated an estimated historical accuracy range of approximately 60–80% under favourable trending market conditions, depending on the instrument, timeframe, and market volatility. However, performance may vary during sideways or highly volatile markets, making proper risk management and disciplined execution essential.
