Description
The idea. It's a trend-following system. It never tries to guess tops or bottoms — it waits until gold (or NQ) is clearly moving in one direction, confirmed several ways at once, then jumps in and rides the move with a fixed risk plan.What makes a signal. On every timeframe it runs three checks:Trend — the fast EMA (9) above the slow EMA (21) means the market is trending up; below means down.Momentum — RSI above 50 means buyers are in control; below 50, sellers.Acceleration — the MACD histogram positive means the move is gaining strength; negative means it's fading.When all three say "up," that timeframe shows BUY. All three "down" → SELL. Mixed → WAIT.The multi-timeframe filter. That same check runs on 1m, 5m, 15m, 30m and 1H at the same time — that's the panel in the corner. A trade only fires when your chart gives a signal AND at least 3 of the 5 timeframes agree. In other words: it refuses to buy a 1-minute blip while the bigger picture is still bearish. This filter is the main thing separating it from a basic EMA-cross script.Entry and exit. In instant mode, the arrow fires the moment everything lines up mid-candle. From the entry price it sets a stop-loss at 1.5× ATR below and a take-profit at 2.5× ATR above (mirrored for sells) — ATR measures how much the market is currently moving, so the levels automatically get wider on wild days and tighter on quiet ones. That's roughly 1 : 1.7 risk-to-reward: it can be wrong nearly half the time and still come out ahead, as long as the market trends. The green/red zones you see are exactly those two targets, tracking each trade until price tags one. An opposite signal before that flips the position.Its weakness — worth knowing. Trend systems make their money in moving markets and bleed in sideways chop, where EMAs cross back and forth and stops get nicked repeatedly. That's why the alignment filter and the active-session hours matter so much: they keep it out of the chop where this kind of system loses.
