Description:Volume Weighted Trend Advanced is a trend-following strategy built on a Volume Weighted Moving Average (VWMA) with adaptive ATR-based bands. It uses a multi-layer confirmation system to score signal quality before entering any trade.How It WorksPrice is plotted against a dynamic VWMA band. When price breaks above the upper band, a bullish trend is confirmed. When it breaks below the lower band, a bearish trend is confirmed. An optional blending mode smoothly transitions between a fast and slow VWMA depending on market choppiness.The ATR multiplier can be fixed or adaptive — in adaptive mode, it automatically widens during high-volatility regimes and tightens during low-volatility periods, based on the position of the current ATR within its historical range.Signal Quality Score (0–100%)Each signal is scored across four optional confirmation filters:Choppiness Index — blocks signals in ranging markets (default threshold: 61.8)ADX — requires a trending environment above a set minimumVolume Filter — requires volume to exceed its moving averageMulti-Timeframe Alignment — only allows longs/shorts when the higher timeframe trend agreesOnly signals that pass all active filters are classified as confirmed and trigger strategy entries.Risk ManagementATR-based stop-loss and take-profit levels are calculated at entry. Default settings use a 1:2 R:R ratio (SL = 1.5× ATR, TP = 3.0× ATR).
