Description

Inspired by the ICT Silver Bullet methodology as publicly discussed by Kyle Ng (JadeCapFX), this strategy provides an educational, rule-based implementation of liquidity sweep and Fair Value Gap (FVG) concepts for TradingView users. This script is designed to demonstrate how time-based liquidity and price displacement ideas can be structured into a systematic trading framework. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by ICT, Michael Huddleston, Kyle Ng, or JadeCapFX.CORE METHODOLOGYThis strategy is based on commonly taught ICT concepts that focus on liquidity behavior and price displacement, rather than traditional indicators.Key ideas implemented in this script include:Liquidity Pools: Prior session highs and lows (Asian, London, and New York reference levels) are used as potential areas where liquidity may reside.Liquidity Sweeps: Trades are only considered after price has taken one or more of these reference highs or lows.Fair Value Gaps (FVGs): A three-candle price pattern is used to approximate displacement and identify potential execution zones.Time-Based Execution: Trades are restricted to specific intraday windows to align with periods of increased market activity. The goal is to participate in directional moves after liquidity has been engaged, rather than attempting to predict market direction.TRADE SETUPS & EXECUTION LOGICLiquidity ConditionsAsian session high / lowLondon session high / low9 AM New York candle high / lowAt least one of these levels must be swept before a trade can be taken.Execution WindowsAM Window: 10:00 – 11:00 (New York time)PM Window: 14:00 – 15:00 (New York time)Only the first valid Fair Value Gap appearing during an active window is eligible.Directional RulesBearish FVGs require a prior high sweepBullish FVGs require a prior low sweepTrade ManagementEntry: Limit order at the Fair Value GapStop Loss: Behind Candle 1 of the FVGTake Profit: Fixed Risk-to-Reward multiple (default 2R)One trade per execution windowOptional forced close at 4 PM New York timeKEY FEATURESAutomated plotting of Asian and London session rangesLiquidity sweep detection across multiple reference levelsFair Value Gap identification using a three-candle modelConfigurable AM and PM execution windowsFixed risk-to-reward trade managementOptional end-of-day position closureClear visual markers for ranges, execution windows, and FVG zonesIMPORTANT NOTESNot True Order FlowThis strategy does not use bid/ask or tick-by-tick order flow data.
