Description
Designed on ETHUSDT 4H. Levels are based on price structure as of Oct 23, 2026, read from the current chart. The logic is symbol-agnostic and runs unchanged on any coin and timeframe. What It DoesMost bounces from support die at the first trendline. This strategy ignores the bounce itself and waits for proof. Buyers have to defend a demand zone first. Then price has to close above the descending trendline and the EMA cluster in one move. No defence, no trade. No reclaim, no trade.MethodThe demand zone is built from the latest confirmed swing low and extends 0.8 ATR above it. Every later swing low that lands within 0.8 ATR counts as another touch, so a zone hit three times is recognised as one zone, not three. The trendline runs through the last two confirmed swing highs, but only when the second one is lower. A higher high means there is no downtrend to break, and the script stays flat. The breakout needs a closed bar above both the trendline (plus 0.1 ATR) and the 21/55 EMA cluster, within 48 bars of a zone touch.Filters: RSI(14) between 45 and 75, and a MACD histogram above zero or rising.Swings confirm 5 bars after they form. Every distance is measured in ATR(14), so the same settings fit BTC, ETH, SOL or XRP.How It Reads the Design ChartDemand sits at 2,310–2,370. Buyers have defended this zone three times since Oct 15, most recently on Oct 22–23.The last two swing highs are 2,455 and 2,525. That is a higher high, so no descending line exists yet and the strategy is waiting.Once a lower high confirms below 2,525, the line appears on its own. A 4H close back above roughly 2,420–2,440 then becomes the trigger.Resistance overhead: 2,480–2,490 first, then 2,525, then 2,560–2,580.Two 4H closes below about 2,305 kill the setup.Entries and ExitsBreakout entry on the confirmed close. A retest entry follows if price returns to the reclaimed level within 0.4 ATR, holds and closes green within 24 bars. Each breakout gets one trade, not two.The stop goes below the latest confirmed swing low. If that stop would sit more than 6% away, the trade is skipped.TP1 is the next swing high. Half the position closes there and the stop moves to break-even. TP2 is the origin of the broken trendline.Long only by default. The short side is a full mirror (supply zone, rising trendline, close below the cluster) and can be switched on in the settings.VisualsDemand and supply zones as shaded bands, trendlines that stop on the breakout bar, and the EMA cluster plus EMA 200. Bars below EMA 200 get a red tint, which is context only and not a filter, unless you turn the trend filter on. Each trade gets one label with entry, SL and TP. Optional orange markers show setups that a filter blocked. Every layer has its own on/off switch.Signals and AlertsAll signals fire on closed bars only. Swings are used from their confirmation bar, and nothing reads future data. Alerts carry the ticker, entry, SL, TP1 and TP2. The backtest assumes 10% of equity per trade, 0.04% commission and 2 ticks of slippage.Educational tool, not financial advice. Test and adjust the inputs before live use.
