Description
1) “Bias” filter on a higher timeframe (default = 5m)It only looks for longs if the 5-minute chart is bullish:Price is above VWAP (5m)EMA(9) is above EMA(21) (5m)It only looks for shorts if the 5-minute chart is bearish:Price is below VWAP (5m)EMA(9) is below EMA(21) (5m)This prevents you from taking random counter-trend scalps.2) “Trigger” on your entry timeframe (you’ll typically use 1m)Once bias is bullish, it waits for a pullback + reclaim:Long scalp trigger (1m):Price pulls back to EMA9 (or EMA21 if you choose that), thenPrice reclaims EMA9 (the candle closes back above EMA9)Short scalp trigger (1m):Price pulls back up to EMA9/EMA21, thenPrice rejects EMA9 (the candle closes back below EMA9)3) Optional filters you can turn on/offConfirm VWAP on entry TF (ex: only long if current TF close > VWAP)Relative volume filter (RVOL) (only signal when volume is “decent”)Session filter (skip first minutes after open, etc.)Cooldown (prevents alert spam)
